Endeavor for employees' Safety and Health

Comply with safety and health policies, build a safe and comfortable working environment, and strive to achieve zero safety accidents.
Set up dedicated units and personnel to comply with all applicable safety and health regulations and standards.
Conduct health education every month, implement safety and health education training and fire escape drills every year, and promote the awareness of safety and health among all employees.
Convene the safety and health committee every quarter to discuss and announce the company's environmental safety and health matters.
Carry out work environment measurement every six months, implement safety and health control measures, prevent occupational injuries and diseases, and ensure the safety of the working environment and operations.
Employees have regular free health checks once a year.

Retirement System

The Government of the Republic of China (Taiwan) implemented the Labor Pension Act (the"New Pension System") on July 1, 2005. Employees who commenced employment on or after July 1, 2005, are subject to the New Pension System. Those employed before this date may choose to remain under the Old Pension System governed by the Labor Standards Act, or to opt into the New Pension System.

Old Pension System:

1.Retirement Eligibility: Retirement under the Old System is classified into "Voluntary Retirement" and "Compulsory Retirement":

1.1 Voluntary Retirement: Employees are eligible if they have:Completed 15 years of service and reached the age of 55, Completed 25 years of service or Completed 10 years of service and reached the age of 60.

1.2 Compulsory Retirement: Upon reaching the age of 65 or If deemed physically or mentally unfit to perform duties.

2.Pension Fund Contributions:In accordance with the Labor Standards Act, the company contributes 2% of each employee's monthly total wages to a designated retirement reserve account maintained with the Bank of Taiwan.

3.Pension Payment Calculation: Retirement benefits are calculated based on the employee’s years of service and the average monthly salary over the six months preceding the approved retirement date. Periods of unpaid leave are excluded from the calculation of years of service.

4.Labor Pension Reserve Supervisory Committee: The company has established a Labor Pension Reserve Supervisory Committee to oversee and manage matters relating to the retirement reserve fund, in order to safeguard employees' rights and interests.
New Pension System:

1.Pension Claim Eligibility: Employees may apply to claim pension benefits upon reaching the age of 60. Those with 15 or more years of contributions to the pension fund may choose between a monthly pension or a lump-sum payment. Employees with less than 15 years of contributions are required to claim a lump-sum payment. Eligible employees must apply directly to the Bureau of Labor Insurance.

2.Pension Fund Contributions: For employees subject to the Labor Pension Act, the company contributes 6% of the employee's monthly wages to an individual pension account managed by the Bureau of Labor Insurance.
